Flight cancel
Today I got a call from the travel agency informing me that my flight to Serbia was canceled.Now I will go to Serbia on Monday, I just hope they do not cancel my flight this time.
Also for sure this is the last time I fly with Alitalia also during our trip to India they really gave us bad service and now this....

Hey Pedro I hope you are fine after this cancelation, but you most know that there are some regulations (laws) regarding airlines, for example:
all airlines have very similar borading passes, that is not by chance, that is by IATA's agrement.
And regarding to cancelations, the HAVE to compensate you, eather with money, or something else, but specily you CAN ask the company to put you in the next flight to your destination, even if the next flight is not from the same airline.
When something like this happens, you have to ask for something like: regulation number ??? (I cant remember it right now, that is not very useful right?) Anyway, I think it's IATA #295 or something like that.
