Ban to Cheescake Restaurant in Brussels

Cheesecake is a restaurant that is here in Brussels, the food is very good but the service is horrible, they treat costumers as garbage.
Last year Kevin told me that one time that he was there one of the employees was punching a costumer because he disagree with something. (maybe some complain about the terrible service), so since that time Kevin had a ban for the restaurant.

I did not care for his ban, because the food is excellent, but every time I was there the service is horrible. Yesterday I went again there and they did not allow me to enter because I was wearing pants and not jeans. I really fell discriminated....
So that is why I am banning the restaurant of my places to go and eat and I will try to do something to avoid people going there.
Also I will check with my law teacher if it is legal to reject the enter of somebody based on their appearance, that for me is a big discrimination.

So please if you read this post and you live in Brussels, PLEASE DO NOT GO AND EAT AT CHEESECAKE Restaurant.

I agree with you, it's a horible place in terms of customer service. However, I wouldn't call it discrimination if you were wearing sweatpants or any other outfit you would usually wear to exercise. They have a very clear sign at the door that says "no jogging clothes and caps"

By the way, he punching episode was ecause the customers waited quite long to pay. They had the bill already, so they decided to go to the cash register and pay directly, so the waiter got mad and the fist fight began.
