I hate Burocracy!
Well for the last 4 months I have been trying to get my residence card extended and I tought that the process was going to be easy and fast, but noooooo...I sent my documents since July and until today I have no clear answer, everytime I go or call them they say something different.
I really hate slow people, I can imagine that this will be a better world if people was just acting faster...
