Ice sculpture palace

Yesterday I went to Brugge to the Ice Sculpture palace.
It was very nice but very cold inside there the temperature is around -10 but it is very nice to see all the sculptures done with ice and also you are avail to touch them and some others take a pic next to them.
It is expensive to enter there 9 euros but it is something you need to see in person and not only on pics or tv. Here are some pics of the Ice Sculpture palace

Last year Xmas!

I was just checking some pics on my laptop and I found some pics of last year Xmas. I guess this year was also similar in my aunts house. I miss you all!

Xmas is over

This was the third time I do not pass X-mas with my family the last two where in 2001 when I went to Knoxville to pass X-mas with Stephanie and her family. The other one was when I was living on Germany when I went to pass X-mas with Christina and her family.

This year I passed X-mas with two families, Christmas Eve I passed it with Hannelore's family and Christmas day I pass it with Jornt's family. Both experiences where great, I really felt like part of the family, Jornt grandma told me that I should go and live with her.

Jornt and Hannelore I have no words to express what I fell but THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR MAKING THIS CHRISTMAS SOMETHING I WILL NEVER FORGET.

You also help to do not miss my family so much this Xmas, but I really missed them, I wish I was there in Mexico with them, but I will go soon to Mexico (May is not so far)

Xmas around the corner

It is almost X-mas :) !
I was not on the Xmas mood this week but yesterday I went with Amirtha to the X-mas market and we saw a choir singing X-mas songs so we stayed there for almost 45 min singing with them, it was very nice and help me gain back my X-mas spirit.
Also after singing with the people we where walking to the Intern drink but we saw like a small market inside a building so we enter and they told us that it was a special X-mas market, in this X-mas market you where avail to take one present for free and you only needed to bring one also there (but since it is almost X-mas they just told us to take a present for free)
I got a very cool electric Santa Clause that sings and dances :)

I can not wait for X-mas to be here!!!!

Reflexion

This last two weeks have been incredible busy but also they have brought me lots of time to think what to do next year.

All started last week with Team planning review when we set our priorities for the next 6 months.

Then I knew there was the time of the year where someone else was passing by the same things as me, Yat from New Zealand, so I email her to know what was she going to do next year. We started having this good relation since last year when we where passing by more or less same things. She replied to my mail and it was nice to hear her opinion. THANKS A LOT YAT for your advice. (I will reply to you soon).

Then yesterday I was on msn and I started talking with Audrey, she was Ceed on my LC in Mexico and now she is studying on Brasil and she told me she is thinking on applying to a MC this year. I was very happy to hear that because she is one of my best friends and I know that when she was in Mexico she change a lot and I think I was part of making that change to happened. Well also Audrey is the one that gave me Pinpin the small penguin I have and I keep taking with me to all places I go.

All of this made me clarify a little more what to do next year, but I am still not sure...

One week for Xmas

Xmas is almost in one week!
This weekend has been a very relaxing but also a very Xmas mood one.
All started Friday with the MC Xmas party, it was very cool there (it has been the first time I saw so many interns together).
Then Saturday I went with Hannelore to the Xmas market, it was very nice there and I had lots of fun, also I challenge my fears and took a ride on the Big wheel (I know it is a stupid game but I am afraid of that one), also I ate escargots (snails), the taste is funny and they are not so bad.
To continue with the Xmas mood today I went shopping but I did not bought anything, I could not decide what to buy :S , so I will go again to shop during the week.
Well that is all for now and Santa is almost here...

Germany experience

In my last post I forgot to mention my experience in Koln.
Well I was late for my train from Koln to Brussels and I needed to pass the night in Koln.
First I was like kind of mad but then i realized it could be cool to pass a night in Koln (I was very tired after Wegrow), but I was avail to see the Christmas Market in Koln and it was very nice.

Now I am on team days in Elie's house, it is nice here because we are analyzing our term so far and plan the next months.

Well that is all for now

Crazy weekend is over

Well as I mention on my last post this weekend was a very crazy one but very cool one.
The prom was great, I was expecting something different but it was very nice to dance and have fun with the AIESEC members, also it it very nice to see all the girls wearing their formal dresses :) .

TtT was also very cool, the facis did a great job, they did so good job that I was not needed on the site, so I decided to come back Saturday night back to Brussels because I still have lots of things to finish before going to Germany this Tuesday for WeGrow.

Also today I finally got chicken tenders, I love chicken tenders and you can not get them any where here in Brussels, but finally I found a restaurant that sells them and I am very happy for that. Well that is my small weekend update, it 5 words "it was crazy but cool"

Cool sticker

Yesterday I went to two LC visits and I saw this sticker of AIESEC in Mexico, it is very old and it is the fist time I saw that kind of stickers.
It is a small world.
